Toward the end of the month, apparently. There supposedly will also be a festival. I'm afraid all I know is that most people are discussing it.

[It's not phrased as a veiled insult (of course not), nor does he sound confused about it, really. Interested, maybe? She mentioned she goes to the balls Interpol holds, but he figured that was because she technically had to go. This one, she seemed so excited to tell him about in the first place.]

[ She wasn't excited about going to those and it's not because she had to go or because she chose to go, it just simply was. This time around, though, it's a different experience and it's one she might get to share with him, and that's why she's "eager" as he puts it.
