Looking out the nearest window, he pauses further before answering.]

You can look if you want, but it doesn't really matter to me. [The bathroom, he means, briefly sparing a look in its direction. Again, functionality is his only standard. Then, he nods outdoors.] Yard's gonna be the dealbreaker, I think.
